Replacement of Amalgam Fillings

According to the world health organisation there is no scientific evidence showing that general symptoms are relieved by the removal of amalgam restorations.

However in most cases, if your amalgam fillings aren’t aesthetically pleasing they can be replaced with tooth coloured fillings.
